Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We are not able to give cash back to any students, parents or donors. Please ensure you do not seek to raise more than the amount needed. Should a student raise more money than required for the program, the money will be kept as a credit to be used towards other program opportunities within 1 year.

– Students may seek to raise money to attend multiple weeks.

– If a student does not raise enough to cover the required program costs, the deficit amount will need to be covered by the student to secure the program registration.

– Creating a donation page does not guarantee a program spot. Parents will be required to pay the difference, should insufficient funds be raised by the fundraising page to cover the full cost of the program registration.

– Should parents fail to pay the difference based on the insufficient funds raised, the student will not be able to attend the summer program. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

– The donation page will be disabled once all funds needed are raised.

I understand that no refunds will be issued to my donors should I not attend the program for any reason. Any amount raised will be kept as a credit to my account for programming use for up to 1 year.
I, as parent / guardian of my child, understand if insufficient funds be raised for this campaign, I as the parent / guardian am required to pay the difference up to the full amount of the program fees to complete the program registration.
I, as parent / guardian understand if insufficient funds are raised for this campaign to cover the cost of the program, and if I fail to pay the difference, my child will not be permitted to attend the program and the amount raised will be kept on file as a credit. 
I, as parent / guardian understand all of the above terms and understand that there are no exceptions to these terms and conditions.
I, as parent / guardian who acknowledges and accepts the term of sign up, agree to be accountable to my child's donors should we not raise the full amount of funds needed, and should I fail to pay the difference to make up the deficit, that results in my child's inability to attend the program. .
