By 2030 global compute will use more than 10% of the worlds power and produce 5% of its CO2. If computing was a country it would be the third largest consumer of power in the world, putting more CO2 into the environment than fossil fuel cars.
The green software meetup is a relaxed meet up for people who are interested in software and ways it can be made more sustainable. We meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month to share, discuss, and learn around the topics of green software.
